Migraine, Arthritis pain, High Cholesterol, Asthma, Infertility, Family Medicine and Acupuncture
Dr. Tara has helped numerous family members with arthritis, migraine headaches, and asthma, and we’ve recommended her to many of our friends who weren’t satisfied. She also helped us with abnormal lab results such as liver enzymes, fatty liver, anemia, low immunity, and high cholesterol, which became normal with her treatments and supplements. She also saw several of our friends who traveled from the Middle East to India to see her for her fertility treatments. We unhesitatingly recommend her!

Neuropathy and Acupuncture
Ms. Malhotra is licensed in Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the NCCAOM in the United States since 2002 and possesses a vast amount of clinical experience, knowledge.
She continues to accomplish healing, drawing from her in-depth knowledge of Chinese herbs. Additionally, she has developed new applications of acupuncture, notably, the lesser known specialized Chinese scalp acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and moxibustion.. She has written her case records of exceptional “last resort” successes.
Ms. Malhotra has worked for me in a clinical setting during the 2016 year. In this mode, she would listen to my needs and concerns with direct attention and interest; would then explain her projected procedures and treatment plan, with supported reasoning. I had previously received acupuncture that did not alleviate my conditions, and left me feeling very uncomfortable, but my experience with Ms. Malhotra was very relaxing and effective!
Her polished professional skills were always thoughtfully exact and precise; a feature I appreciated from my 30-year career in Aerospace Engineering. I was always impressed with her ease and confidence in work. It was evident that she was well‑educated to an advanced level. She continually avails herself to education in developments of clinical treatment techniques and advances in acupuncture and Chinese herbal experimental studies.
Ms. Malhotra was also well-reputed in our town, as an elderly, local personality was blind regained her sight enough to take swimming lessons, recognise her family and friends, and tie her shoes, and this gained her a lot of notoriety as a capable clinician. She was kind enough to travel to our remote mountain town, as well as others to treat the underserved and the elderly, where there were no qualified acupuncturists and very few physicians. Dr. Malhotra is a person of high empathetic character, efficiency, and excellence in communication; always kind and considerate. I unhesitatingly recommend your acceptance of her!
Knee Pain, Triathlon Performance, Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbs
Ms. Malhotra was recommened to me by neighbors and colleagues to help heal sports injuries incurred as an endurance triathlete in the rugged, cold mountain terrain of Colorado. As an older athlete training hard for an upcoming race, with my nagging knees it was doubtful if I was going to be able to perform on race day. Much to my surprise I was pain-free for race day in a couple of treatments! From 2012 onwards I continued to see Ms. malhotra for sports-related injuries, to improve my performance and times with Chinese herbs, improvements in my nutrition, cupping, tui-na, and moxabustion, and achieved my 1st place for the 1st time in my career! I, and my friends and neighbors continue to seek her keen advice.
Her clinical skills exceeded expectations; a feature I appreciated when I needed pain relief to get back to work or sports. I was always impressed with her skill and confidence in her work. She became a greatly needed go-to resource for trustworthy health information during times of stress and fatigue, as I work long hours in the agricultural business. Without a lot of free time, she was able to handle my concerns expertetly and expediently.
Ms. Tara Malhotra was also well-reputed in our farming community, providing care and treatments to many of my neighbors, where there were no qualified acupuncturists and the physicians were a long drive, too expensive, and didn’t make me feel better right away.
Lupus, Family Medicine, and Acupuncture
Dr. Malhotra has worked for me and about a dozen of my close family members since March of 2012. I was diagnosed with Discoid Lupus, and the specialist’s medicines had not been successful thus far, were very expensive, and had very concerning side effects. I had also gained 50 lbs during the course of the disease and with the stress. Under Dr. Malhotra’s care my health flourished, I lost the 50 lbs, commenced a fruitful exercise regime and told my family and friends about her, many of them also had autoimmune disease and weight loss concerns like myself. She also capably applied acupuncture and moxibustion in the pregnancy and pre-delivery of my grandson. We also witnessed her treatment of an infant with cerebral palsy with scalp acupuncture who we later watched walk his first of many steps!
Her clinical skills were always thoughtfully precise; a feature I appreciated when recommending others to her practice. I was always impressed with her facility and have great confidence in her work. She became a greatly needed go to resource for trustworthy health information.
Dr.. Malhotra was also well respected in our farming community, providing care and treatments to many of our neighbors.
She is an excellent, thorough communicator, always kind and considerate, and genuinely committed to the clinical outcomes and well – being of her patients and community.
I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Tara!

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology
I have been a chiropractor since 1978 and over the last 15 years or so shifted over to functioning as a counselor/therapist. I have known Tara in both a friend and professional capacity since 2003.
I met her when she was just starting her practice in Sarasota, Florida. I supported her in the basics of private practice. In no time she was off and running. The patients loved her, both with her manner and her great skills and expertise as an acupuncturist and herbologist. She had a very large collection of fresh herbs from which she dispensed important natural remedies.
I know personally because I became a patient and I referred many people to her as well. Tara is a powerful and dynamic individual with many talents and skills.

Ma shaa Allah she also practices her profession within the boundaries, and she takes extreme care and precaution in prescribing any medicines or practices of yoga.
She is a very friendly and approachable person. Very well versed in her professional knowledge.

Neck Pain and Loss of Balance/Difficulty Walking
I woke up one morning and I couldn’t turn my neck. I had heard about Dr. Tara from my friend Chalmers Emigh, and decided to give her a try after seeing the massage therapist 3 times didn’t help. I could move my neck after the 1st treatment, and then she recommended rolfing and a few more sessions. She helped with my fatigue with her Chinese Herbs.
Then she helped my friend Dave who had chronic pain and loss of balance and difficulty walking after a C2 and C5 injury and fracture with her scalp acupuncture. He was walking normally during the 1st session and was almost pain free in the 2nd session. We highly recommend her.

I LOVE Facial Acupuncture at Integrate! I noticed immediate results with the very first treatment! The bags under my eyes that had plagued me for years, deflated and went away with the first treatment. My skin feels tighter and looks more youthful!
I’ve also been dealing with Osteoporosis and Ann Casey suggested that I try taking the liquid Calcium as a supplement about 2 months ago. My recent check up with my Doctor reported that my blood work looked better than it has in a long time. The only thing different that I’ve been doing is taking the liquid Calcium that they sell at Integrate. I’m two bottles in and love the taste! Now I’m back for 2 more bottles!

Low Back Pain from Heavy Lifting and Playing Team Sports
Prior to my visit, I was experiencing near daily back pain. Whether it was a level 2 or 8, it was there. After my session I immediately felt some relief. Joining that with out of session “self-work,” I am feeling little to no pain when I wake in the mornings. I will be absolutely be returning.
