Personal Training


Our highly skilled trainers represent a diverse set of skills and specialties. All trainers hold highly regarded certifications. We approach your training program in a holistic way and work in an integrated fashion with many other practitioners in the health, wellness and fitness professions. Our goal is your success. Expect a variety of exercises combining cardiovascular fitness, weight training, balance and flexibility.  With these fitness components in mind, your trainer will carefully consider muscle balance, postural alignment and core strength into the program design.

Personal Training Private Sessions

Single Private Session $49

Private 5-Session Package $225

Private 10-Session Package $425

Personal Training sessions include gym time during the session.  Clients must maintain a membership or an active punch card when attending open gym or classes outside of personal training sessions.
