Ann Casey, owner of INTEGRATE, began her career in alternative therapy in 1994. She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Rehabilitation Movement Therapist, Certified Nutritionist, Structural Integration Rolf practitioner, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a Monkey Bar Gym Certified Natural Trainer. Today Ann’s private practice specializes in relief from chronic pain complaints such as Headaches, TMJ, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Sciatica, low back pain, Tendonitis and Plantar Fascitis.  A large part of her practice is focused on advanced, post 10 series, Structural Integration work which incorporates Movement Therapy, Structural Integration, Massage and skeletal joint work.  She honors the individual goals of her clients and makes it her first priority to custom tailor the session to their specific needs.  Her vision for opening a wellness center/functional training gym began many years ago.  She is a great resource for discussing your health care and what modalities can best serve your health care needs.

GeneGene Tkatschenko has been a Rolf Practitioner since May of 2003, graduating from the Guild of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.  He had been in private practice in Boulder for many years before relocating to Salida.  Gene has helped many clients to experience the genius of Ida P. Rolf’s Structural Integration work with the release of holdings and traumas, as well as easing and freeing up of body postures, both static and dynamic.  Gene considers it  a privilege to help his clients re-balance and experience pain relief. He helps them to relearn and appreciate the body’s innate intelligence and wisdom in movement.

Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, Yoga

Michelle E. Flores, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist in Colorado and a Diplomate of Acupuncture with the NCCAOM.  She received her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Texas Health and Science University in 2016.  She is currently a Doctoral Fellow with Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA.  She is specializing in integrated acute care, traumatology, and rural medicine.  Her capstone work is in developing a textbook on Integrated Emergency Medicine for first responders and disaster relief workers.  She is the co-founder of Angel Wings Global Medicine, an organization for disaster response in Central and South America, as well as training for first responders and response workers.  Michelle is an active member of the Colorado Medical Reserve Corp.  She belongs to the Acupuncture Association of Colorado, The American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and the honor societies Lambda Alpha and Sigma Xi.
In addition to the study of Chinese Medicine, Michelle has extensive graduate studies in Anthropology (Medical, Physical, Human Evolution), Forensic Psychology, and Human Behavior.  Her Bachelors was completed in 1996 at Austin College, a small private pre-med and liberal arts school in Sherman, TX.  Michelle is rooted in emergency services with a background as a peace officer and firefighter.  Her passion for this service drives her work today.  She holds certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Bloodborn Pathogens.  She remains a student in Emergency Medicine with a goal of Paramedic and Fireline Medic.  
Throughout life, Michelle has practiced meditation and yoga, and has applied these therapies personally since 1982, and taught others how to utilize these practices for their own healing since 1993.  She has thousands of hours of teacher training in traditions ranging from Iyengar to Ashtanga to Kundalini.  She has trained, taught, and worked with clients all over the world.

Ashley Kernstine   Hi my name is Ash! I have been a licensed Massage Therapist + Energy Practitioner the last 8 years, both in Colorado & North Carolina.  Massage is an experience. Massage can be primarily about stress reduction and deep relaxation or for pain relief from chronic and acute ailments.  I also offer customized and restorative sessions on both a physical and spiritual level infused with a deep sense of intuition and focus.  I use my skills as an energy practitioner, to cleanse and clear the chakras while relieving stress in the body.


Toni Wieland is a Licensed Massage Therapist relocating to the Salida area from Denver.  She specializes in Swedish relaxation massage and stress relief.  She offers neuromuscular trigger point relief to allow for the lasting relief of sore shoulders, neck and back.  Toni also offers the ancient Chinese art of cupping, an excellent method for quickly and powerfully relaxing tight shoulders and reducing joint swellings all over the body.  Toni enjoys helping people to take a little time out of their busy day for themselves.

Marie Kimpel was born and raised in Chaffee County. From the age of 14 she was aware of her love for helping people with bodywork and massage. In 2009 she received her licensing for Massage Therapy graduating at the top of the class for Aromatherapy and Deep Tissue Massage. In 2013 she then received her Cosmetology license. She also specializes in skin and nail care. Growing up in this area she enjoys the outdoors including four wheeling and fishing.
