Ann Casey ~ CrossFit Level One Trainer, Monkey Bar Gym Certified Natural Trainer, Rehabilitation Movement Therapist, Structural Integration Rolfer

Ann has been a student of the human body for more than 23 years. She has been in private practice in Salida since 1994 as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Rehabilitation Movement Therapist based in Feldenkrais, Arthro-Kinetics Practitioner, Structural Integration/Rolfer and a Certified Nutritionist.  Her athletic background; College of Charleston women soccer and diving teams, whitewater raft guide, ACA kayak and SUP instructor led her desire to understand more about how we move and stay healthy. As a CrossFit Level 1 and a Certified Natural Trainer, Ann opened CrossFit Salida and INTEGRATE mind•body•fitness in 2012.  CrossFit Salida has moved on and INTEGRATE has transformed into more of a functional training gym & Yoga studio offering classes, workshops, retreats and series.  Improving inner awareness is where it all starts and Ann inspires her clients to begin and maintain their journey!

Stephanie Treat ~ Personal Training /INTEGRATE Fit Stephanie Treat

Stephanie is a former middle school art teacher, cross country, track, basketball, and healthy eating coach.  She is an avid mountain biker, trail runner, glass artist and photographer.  Formerly an incline junky, fitness has always been a part of her life from one-on-one coaching to group fitness.  Helping people become fit and healthy while enjoying their workout is her passion and she conveys that joy with enthusiasm in each class.

Yoga Instructors

EllenEllen Mesaros is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching for over 5 years.  She was drawn to the practice of yoga in 1999 seeking an opportunity to overcome chronic health problems, but found the benefit and balance gained and had the desire to teach that healing experience to others.  With over 400 hours in Teacher Training, she is very knowledgeable about physical alignment, optimizing a practice for each individual, and yoga as physical therapy.  Ellen has studied with many incredibly talented teachers and she achieved the level of Anusara Inspired Teacher.



Mackenzie McGehee is known for her fearless fire. She came into this world with a gut knowing she had a great purpose. When she experienced yoga for the first time, she was able to drop into her own body and quiet her mind. Mackenzie then realized her purpose; to share this yoga magic with you. Her yoga journey has led her to trust her gut and own her strength. She believes that yoga will meet you wherever you are. You will walk out of her class with tools that you can take into your life to feel strong, calm, and ready for whatever life has to throw at you. “I’m not interested in what your body can do. I’m interested in facilitating you finding your own answers.”
